Long Days Short Dinners

I love nothing more than coming home and cooking myself a big dinner while drinking a glass of wine but lately that hasn't been an option when I work late I try to get to the gym and at that point there is no time for cooking so this dinner has basically been a staple in my apartment the past few weeks.

Grilled Cheese, Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato Soup, Pinot Noir

For the grilled cheese I love Trader Joe's lacey swiss & colby marbled cheese.
